SUPER STRONG SMELLING CANDLES

Q. How can I remove wax from fabric?
A. We suggest consulting with a professional cleaner. If attempting to clean the item yourself, it is important to allow the wax to completely harden. Then, pour boiling water through the affected area. Repeat this until the wax is completely removed from the fabric. Then wash as usual.

Q. If I want to reuse a container, how do I remove the wax and the wick?
A. First, run hot water in the container for a few minutes. Then, take your hand or a paper towel and remove the wax. The wick should come out with the wax. If it does not, then pull it out of the container. There might be glue left over in the container from the wick, keep running hot water through it until it comes off. Wash the container and you're done.

Q. Why should you discontinue using a candle when a half inch of wax remains?
A. The bottom of the container can get extremely hot as the flames near the base and most of the wax has been consumed. To avoid damage to furniture and/or other surface, never light a candle when only a half inch of wax remains.

Q. Does The WickHut® have a return policy?
A. Yes. We take great pride in the production and quality of our candles. If you are not completely satisfied with your candles, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on most candle orders. Returns or exchanges must be claimed within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packaging slip with your return and ship it back to us at: The WickHut® Candle Company 15025 N. 74th St. Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Please write the invoice number on the box and pack items with the same care that we used to pack your candles to prevent breakage. Allow up to 3 weeks upon return of candles for funds to be credited to your card. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No returns or refunds on custom candles or wedding candles.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?
A. We do not require a minimum order unless you are ordering from our Wedding Favor Collection. You will notice that shipping might be proportionally higher on smaller orders. You will receive a better value on shipping when ordering multiple candles.

Q. How can I make my candles last longer?
A. It is very important to keep your wick trimmed. If this is not done on a regular basis, the wick will burn faster than the wax and there will be a lot of remaining wax. If you keep your wick trimmed to about ¼ inch, the candle will burn more evenly and last longer. If the wick is cut too small the flame might be too small and the candle may have trouble staying lit.

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to ship your order. We ship Monday-Friday. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
